Tenho andado a aprender algo mais sobre pães enriquecidos internacionais e algumas novas técnicas como os fazer. Metade dos pães eu já tinha feito antes, mas outros nunca tinha ouvido falar. Do mais básicos pães de canela aos um pouco mais complicados Croissants e muitos mais, o curso que tirei foi divertido. Deu para partilhar muita coisa boa com a minha família, que tenho a certeza que eles ficaram a gostar um pouquinho mais de mim nas últimas 10 semanas. Aqui estão fotos de alguns dos pães que fiz nas aulas, porque a maior parte das vezes eram comidos muito antes de a maquina fotográfica poder tirar a foto :)

I haven been learning a little more about some international enriched breads and the techniques on how to make them. Half of the breads I already made before and was not new to me, but others I had never heard of before. From the very basic Cinnamon rolls to a little more complicated Croissants and everything else in between, this course was fun to take. All the goodies I had to share with my Family I am sure they loved me in the last 10 weeks. Here are photos of some enriched breads I made in class, as most of them got eaten way before a camera could shoot a photo :)
